She brings over 20 years of experience building data and AI systems, including leading data engineering at Meta, founding a GenAI-powered ed-tech platform, and heading Data Strategy and Analytics at Bank of the West.

Her focus is on translating business problems into working systems, bringing together strategy, product, and execution to deliver solutions that are not just technically sound, but usable and impactful in real-world operations.

Shirin leads growth at Applied Intelligence Solutions, with a focus on driving demand, revenue, and adoption of AI systems within client organizations.

Her role spans positioning, sales, and client engagement, ensuring that the systems built are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully integrated into day-to-day business use.

He works across the full stack, from system architecture and model integration to application development, turning ideas into working systems that can be deployed, tested, and iterated quickly.

His focus is on building practical, production-ready solutions rather than prototypes, with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and end-to-end functionality.
